One Blue Can

One blue can colorizes a schoolyard.

A quick shot on the drive home. It seems little too spooky for Christmas eve day, but I like the feel of it.

Thinking of a Chrismas gift for someone? Consider Loretta Lux by Loretta Lux. Our library has this now and it shows off Lux's unique style. Her photographs are of children, posed in a setting. It is somewhat like a postmodern Peanuts photography collection. This might be good for people who like Mariko Mori, Sandy Skoglund, Lewis Carroll.

Existential Photographer's Sanctuary

Existential Photographer's Sanctuary

Nikon is mailing letters to users of the Nikon EN-EL3 battery about safety concerns. If you own a camera like a D-70 or D-50, then you better check your mail.

Welcome to the Existential Photographer's Sanctuary! This is the name I have always given my websites where I have taught college photography. I thought I'd move it to the blogosphere to make life easier for me. In the future you will see my own work, links to good photography websites, and commentary on photography.
