Where Fear Rules

The NRA has successfully convinced people they should live in fear and worry about anyone who is walking around. It is legal to walk around the UWO campus with a weapon, but you can't bring one into a building. State law waives liability for shootings if you allow weapons in your building, but liability isn't waived if you don't allow weapons in your building. So in reverse logic, the state government wants everyone to be packing heat. You can bring a weapon into the State House gallery, but you will be arrested for taking a picture of it.
